Terms of service
Last updated July 7, 2026. The short version: use RevSonar lawfully, your data stays yours, and we work hard to keep the service fast and reliable.
The agreement
These terms are a contract between you and RevSonar, operated from the Netherlands ("we"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you use RevSonar on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind that company.
The service
RevSonar provides privacy-friendly web analytics with revenue attribution: a tracking script, a dashboard, integrations (such as Stripe and Google Analytics import), and APIs. We may improve or change features over time; we will not materially reduce the core service you pay for without notice.
Your responsibilities
- Only track websites you own or are authorized to track, and comply with the laws that apply to you (including privacy laws such as the GDPR and ePrivacy rules).
- Tell your visitors about your use of analytics in your own privacy policy where required.
- Keep your account credentials and API keys secret; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Do not abuse the service: no attempts to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, resell it, or send it unlawful data.
Your data
Analytics data collected for your sites belongs to you. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy, and we do not sell it or share it with advertisers. You can delete a site or your whole workspace at any time, which deletes its data.
Plans, billing, and trials
Paid plans are billed monthly through our billing provider. Plans are metered in events (pageviews, goals, payments). If you exceed your plan's volume we keep collecting your data and will ask you to upgrade; we do not silently drop traffic. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise.
Availability and support
We aim for the service to be fast and available, but it is provided as is without a formal SLA on our current plans. Support is provided by email at support@revsonar.com.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You can stop using RevSonar and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms or put the service at risk; where reasonable we will warn you first.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced to account holders in advance. These terms are governed by Dutch law, and disputes belong to the competent court in the Netherlands.
